Masterbuilt construction was very helpful with getting our new roof. They were there every step of the way. They met with our adjuster and Missy our project manager was very informative and always there when we had a question. The crew that installed the roof was the best my husband had ever seen. They covered the flowers and used a magnet to get all the nails up. The roof looks beautiful. I would tell anyone that has damage to call them.
A worker for this company promised my brother who was dying of cancer that they would repair his roof at a low cost. Once he died they failed to honor their promise and would not repair the roof at the negotiated price. They promised my mother they would fix it but basically led her on for 5 months. She called many times crying for their help and was told “we are busy” and they never returned her calls. They will never receive any business from me or my family.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not licensed or insured at all! They will do your work but then they won't come back and finish the small things that need finished or if you need something repaired they will NOT come back and fix it. The owner will say "oh none of this is true" but it is! If they come to you wanting to do work for you ask for their updated insurance and licenses and you can call the number that is given on their insurance certificate to make sure it is true! I am just a concerned citizen who is wanting to make sure the community does not get screwed over by this company.
The roofers did a horrible job on not only my roof but my neighbors as well. They damaged my landscaping and left nails everywhere. Also I got a check for the left over balance and went to the bank on the check and the wouldn't cash it because it was no good. When I called to complain all I get is excuses and not results. I would not refer this company to anyone. Please don't make the mistake I did and use them, they are frauds.
Last year this company come to me and was able to help me get my roof replaced. They done everything for me and made to process easy and stress free. The actually done such a great job I ended up going to work for them. Great company and a great place to work. If you have questions please don't hesitate to ask.
